How it works.

Anyone can order a new pair of prescription glasses from Spec Head.co.uk we simply ask that you are over 18 years of age and that you have a copy of your prescription that is less than 2 years old.

How To Order Online

STEP 1 >> If you don’t have a copy of your prescription then simply go along to one of the many high street opticians to have your eyes tested. At the end of your eye examination request a copy of your prescription. By law your optician must supply you with a clear, legible copy of your prescription, and shouldn’t in any way make you feel pressured to buy your glasses from that particular store.

Alternatively if you don’t have your prescription details we can take your prescription from your existing pair of glasses.

STEP 2 >> Once you have your prescription details you are now ready to take a look through our fantastic collection of stylish frames. When you have chosen a frame you will then be asked to select which lenses you require and to enter your prescription details. If you are unable to decide which frame is right for you simply select our ’Try before you buy’ service where you can choose up to 3 frames for you to try in your own home for up to 7 days (deposit of £20 required which is refunded upon return of frames). Please take care when entering your prescription details and we ask that you double check that you have entered all details correctly. If you have any problems reading your prescription we will do our best to help you. STEP 3 >> Now it is just a case of entering your delivery and payment details. Please feel safe in the knowledge that we will not pass any of your personal information to any third parties and that we use the industry standard secure encryption to process your payment information. That’s it - Your glasses are on there way !
